Payment methods

We have four different payment methods available:

1. Payment by PayPal

Select "PayPal" as your payment method. On the PayPal website you log into your PayPal account. PayPal is a global leader in online payments and has 75 million active accounts.

2. Banktransfer in advance

After placing your order you transfer the total amount to Keyprof Luke. We have a bank account in Germany and The Netherlands. See our page Contact details for our account numbers. The Dutch account is only for transfers within The Netherlands. The German bank account is available for international transfers.

Always state the ordernumber in the payment description.

Transfers from the European Union

If you make a bank transfer from a country within the European Union, then you can probably use an EU transfer. Your bank charges will then usually the same as those for a domestic transfer. In some other European countries the EU transfer is also available. There are some conditions for an EU transfer: the payment must be made in euros, the maximum amount is 50,000 euros, the BIC and IBAN codes must be specified and banking costs must be shared. The latter you usually specify with the term "shared costs".

Outside the European Union

If you make a bank transfer from outside the European Union or you do not use an EU transfer, then it is important to make sure Keyprof Luke does not need to pay bank charges. If we do not receive the full amount, because we have to pay costs for an international transfer, then we will not process your order. You will needs to first pay the remaining amount. Specify that you will pay all bank costs. You can indicate this with "our costs" or "costs borne by issuer".

3. Payment by credit card

The credit cards that are accepted are Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Select "PayPal" as your payment method. On the PayPal website you choose to pay by credit card. You do not need a PayPal account. Your credit card details will not be accessible to Keyprof Luke.

4. iDEAL

If you do Internet-banking at a Dutch bank, you can use iDEAL to make your payment. After you have placed your order, you are directed to the website of your own bank. There you log in and make your payment. The advantage of iDEAL is that we can process your order straight away. iDEAL is available in the Dutch language only.
