Process

• Fill out the order form. You will receive a confirmation email with your ordernumber.
• Send us your lock (Contact Details). You will receive a confirmation that we have received your lock.
• We will inspect your lock and if necessary you will receive a quote from us.
• We do the restoration. The delivery lead time varies and is three month maximum.
• You pay either by bank, PayPal or COD (some countries) and you receive your lock by mail.

Prices

• After receipt we inspect your lock and set the price of the restoration.
• If the price is not higher than the below standard quote then we will restore your lock without further notice. If it is more expensive then you will first receive a quote from us.
• If you have the restoration done then you do not pay for the initial inspection.
• If you do not have the inspection done then you only pay the intake inspection and the shipping.
